Role: PCB Designer and Embedded Systems Engineer.
Designed and delivered a high-performance ESP32 PCB optimized for IoT devices, wearables, and embedded electronics. The board integrates USB-C charging, TP4056 battery management, GC9D01 TFT display support, SD card interface, tactile buttons, and JTAG programming.
Delivered complete schematics, PCB layout, BOM, and pick-and-place files with DRC/ERC verification for JLCPCB assembly. The work also covered component footprint corrections, CP2102 USB-UART integration, and GitHub version control for a compact, production-ready SMD design.

ESP32-S3 Smart Device — Full Stack IoT System
